Job Description

Blue Mountain Hospital, located in Blanding, UT, is seeking a full-time Insurance Enrollment Specialist. The Insurance Enrollment Specialist is responsible for assisting patients with insurance enrollment, verifying coverage and benefits, and maintain current knowledge of insurance policies. Collaborate with the billing department to resolve issues, educate patients on benefits and coverage options, and help complete necessary paperwork. Track and follow up on pending applications, advise on the Healthcare Assistance Program (HAP), and coordinate HAP approvals. Provide exceptional customer service and participate in cross-training to support the team.
