Job Description
Blue Mountain Hospital, located in Blanding, Utah is seeking a Full Time
Registered
Nurse to provide management for all clinical activities of the eight (8)
station Dialysis Services Unit and Peritoneal Dialysis Program.
Candidates must have current RN Licensure in the State of Utah. Responsibilities
include, but not limited to, managing the day to day staffing and operations
of the Dialysis Unit, oversight of nursing and technical services for
patient treatment, initial and ongoing patient clinical assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Qualifications
To be considered a candidate you must have the ability to pass clinical
competencies,
knowledge regarding medical diseases, conditions and treatment methodologies,
ability to learn and teach others about medical conditions and diseases,
current CPR
certification, ability to interact with staff, co-workers, administration
and medical staff
in a professional and courteous manner.
