Lee Hosler, MD

About Lee

Dr. Hosler grew up in Blanding, Utah, with his parents, Pam and Bret Hosler. He especially enjoyed sports and the outdoors starting wrestling at ARL and continuing through high school at San Juan High. Camping, hunting, hiking, and canyoneering are some of his favorite outdoor activities.

Lee graduated high school with his associates degree from Utah State University. He then served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Seoul, Korea and returned home to continue his education at BYU. After completing a Bachelors in Exercise Science he attended medical school at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada. He and his wife bounced around the country for a few years while Dr. Hosler completed his medical training stopping in New York, South Dakota, and Minnesota, where he finished a fellowship in Obstetrics. During his fellowship, he received lots of training specific to high risk pregnant patients, and gained valuable surgical experience to help prepare him to return home to Blanding to provide full-scope family medicine with a special emphasis on Obstetrical care.

Dr. Hosler, his wife, Jo, and their two whippets (Benny and Watson) are getting settled into their new routine here in Blanding, enjoying being close to family, and adventuring throughout the vast reaches of San Juan County and the Southwestern US.
