This role is vital in ensuring timely insurance communications, smooth patient discharges, and strong follow-up care. Responsibilities include assisting with insurance authorizations, making post-discharge calls, managing Medicare forms, supporting discharge planning, and collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and EHR skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes
