Blue Mountain Hospital, located in Blanding, Utah is seeking a Full Time
Clinical Nursing
Manager.
The Clinical Nursing Manager performs duties necessary for the management
and leadership
of the ER, L&D, and Med/Surg Units. Assumes responsibility for the
care and treatment of patients in these departments.
Essential Job Duties:
- Provides management and leadership to Med/Surg, ER and Labor and Delivery
- Facilitates staff training
- Prepares nursing work schedule
- Participates in quality initiatives
- Works closely with other department leaders and Providers to provide seamless care for patients
- Assists with policy development and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current Utah RN licensure
- Current ACLS
- Current BLS
- Bachelors in Nursing preferred
- Prior Leadership experience preferred
- Prior L&D, ER and Med/Surg experience preferred
