Nutritious Meals for Patients, Visitors & Staff
At Blue Mountain Hospital, we’re committed to changing the grim perception
people have of hospital food. The Blue Mountain Bistro is our hospital
café’ where we serve patients, their guests, employees of
the hospital and clinic, and the public. Daily lunch specials are provided
for $5.00, Monday through Friday. Some of the lunch favorites include
a California Rueben Sandwich, Taco Salad Bar, Brazilian Burrito, and Italian
We also have a dinner special that includes entrée, potato, rice
or pasta, vegetable and dessert for $6.50. The dinner favorites include
Home-style Meatloaf, Southern Country-Fried Steak, Artichoke and Pesto
Stuffed Chicken, and Beef Stroganoff. Our menu also includes a selection
of fresh, cooked-to-order breakfast and lunch options and a salad bar as well.

Meals Specially Crafted for Patients
While staying in the hospital, a doctor will most likely prescribe a diet
for the patient that best addresses their health needs and won’t
interfere with treatment. To ensure patients are meeting their dietary
requirements, the food services department works with our clinical staff
to receive the nutrients they need.
Deb King is the food services manager. She has been with Blue Mountain
Hospital since its opening. Deb has an extensive food service background,
and loves the challenge of supporting both a restaurant operation and
a food services department. She is passionate about helping our patients
with their nutritional needs and education.
Where to Find Us
Blue Mountain Bistro is located on the north side of the hospital next
to the E.R. Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
And 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Holidays we are open
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
