Blue Mountain Hospital has teamed with a company known as HealthStream® to conduct patient satisfaction surveys with the hospital's inpatient and Emergency Room patients.
These surveys are known as Hospital Consumer Assessments of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). and they help hospital administrators learn how patients rate the service they received in our hospital, and what could be done to make the service even better. It is a customer service provision that allows us to know how well we are doing in the area of customer service and patient care. The flyer at the right gives more details about these phone surveys.
So if you have recently been an inpatient at our hospital, or visited our emergency room, and you get a call with a caller ID of 301-575-9366 please know this is not a crank call or someone wanting to sell you something. It is a representative from HealthStream® conducting a survey for Blue Mountain Hospital.
